New Roof Installation Across Southwest Florida

For new construction and full rebuilds where no prior roof exists, we install to the current Florida Building Code, including sealed-deck and roof-to-wall connection requirements that unlock wind-mitigation credits from day one.

Factory-certified for every material we repair

Built Right From the Deck Up

A New Roof, Built to Today's Code From the First Nail

New construction and full rebuilds are different work than a re-roof. There is no old system to reference, no shortcuts a prior installer took that we can quietly correct. Every decision, from underlayment to fastener pattern, is made against the current Florida Building Code, which has grown considerably stricter since Hurricane Ian.

If you are a builder or a property owner in the Gateway corridor, Babcock Ranch, or another Southwest Florida growth area, this is the right starting point. We work directly with builders on new construction timelines and with individual owners rebuilding after a total loss, and the code requirements are the same either way.

Because the roof-to-wall connections and sealed-deck requirements are engineered in from the start on a new installation, the wind-mitigation credits available to you are typically stronger than what a re-roof can achieve on an older structural frame. We document all of it for your insurer.

What a new installation can unlock

What Installation Involves

What a New Roof Installation Actually Involves

Installation starts with a sealed deck, a continuous secondary water barrier that keeps the structure dry even before the final roof covering goes on. This single layer is one of the biggest factors in a wind-mitigation credit, and it only happens correctly on new construction or a full rebuild.

From there we install roof-to-wall connections engineered to current code, then the underlayment, flashing, and your chosen material, whether tile, metal, or shingle. Every fastener pattern and nailing schedule is documented, since inspectors and insurers alike will ask for proof the work was done to spec, not just that it looks right.

We coordinate directly with your builder’s schedule so the roof goes on at the right point in the build sequence, and we pass the required inspections before moving to the next trade. No delays waiting on us to catch up.

Why Builders and Owners Choose Us

The Difference is in the Details You Cannot See Once the Roof is Closed Up

Once a roof is installed, the sealed deck and connections underneath are invisible. Our own factory-certified crews, never subcontractors, install every layer correctly the first time because there is no second chance to fix what gets covered up.

We have installed new roofs across growth areas throughout Southwest Florida, working directly with builders on schedule and with individual owners on total-loss rebuilds. That track record is why builders bring us back project after project.

Who does the work

"On new construction there is no old roof to blame for a mistake. Everything underneath is on us, so everything underneath gets done right the first time."
